Jim
Karate Kidz is owned and operated by Sensei Jim McTeigue. A former “karate kid” himself, Sensei Jim began studying martial arts at the age of five. He has continued his martial arts journey throughout the years with two decades of formal training across five different styles. As a former multi-sport athlete with experience in football, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, and golf, he has years of experience applying the principles of applied body motion derived from martial arts to various other athletic pursuits. As a parent, nothing brings him greater joy than passing on what he’s learned to the next generations.

Our older students will receive a comprehensive, age-appropriate education in Okinawan Shorin-Ryu (karate) alongside exercises and drills designed to increase their physical fitness levels…..
